Talk it through from one inbox, then send a quote with price range, sessions and deposit.
Pick the time yourself or send a scheduling link. The slot is only held once the deposit is in.
Waiver signed on their phone, reminders sent, references and notes ready. Snap the fresh shot when you’re done.
Take the balance with tip, aftercare goes out, and the healed photo at day 30 becomes a post you approve.

Deposits, balances, tips and refunds, all tied to the session they belong to. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
